If you would like to contribute by check, make the check payable to Jacqueline for Kentucky and mail it to
PO Box 4529, Frankfort, KY 40604.
When sending a check, you must include: address (if not printed on the check), phone number, email address (if applicable), your occupation and your employer.
If you are retired, please indicate.
If you would prefer to have a remittance envelope mailed to you, please let us know!
Effective July 15, 2026, Kentucky law permits contributions of up to $3,500 per individual, per election. Contributions are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. The campaign must use its best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of all contributors. Contributions from corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and foreign nationals are prohibited.
